We are changing to TESTION, a.s.

From 01/10/2024 VZLU TEST, a.s. will be renamed TESTION, a.s. 
The change relates only the business name, all other details of the Company, such as the address of the headquarters, identification number, bank connection, as well as telephone contacts remain unchanged. The change of the Company's business name has no effect on the rights and obligations our Company has towards its business partners, nor on their rights and obligations towards our Company. There is no change to the contracts already concluded.

However, all new business correspondence, orders, invoices, conclusion of new contracts or amendments to existing contracts, as well as all other dealings between our company and you must be carried out using the company's new name TESTION, a.s. from the date indicated. We therefore ask you to use the new business name when communicating with our company. At the same time, we ask you to change the company's name in your diaries and/or business information systems.

We trust that even under the new company name our cooperation will continue to be smooth and mutually beneficial.
